Cancellation Policy
We make every attempt to confirm your appointment prior to your visit. We require a credit card number to hold appointment or packages, which are three hours or more in duration, if you do not have an internal account or gift certificate with Danné.
Appointments, which are not kept nor cancelled 24 hours in advance, will be charged the full service amount to either the credit card, internal account or gift certificate on file. Please speak with our manager if you have any questions concerning this policy.

We attempt to make our guests as comfortable and stress free as possible. Complimentary beverages are available upon request. Walk-ins are always welcome; however, appointments are always recommended to avoid waiting for a technician. As a courtesy to our guests and for the safety of your children, unsupervised children are not permitted in work areas at any time.
As a Danné preferred client, sometimes you may feel a need for change – sometimes a change in technician can be very refreshing. Please do not assume that you are hurting someone’s feelings by requesting a new technician. We are, we believe in and work as a team.
